My Approach
My many years of training prepared me to assess health problems with a wide lens. By looking at the issue holistically we find many contributing factors to your health issue. The long list of causes gives us many opportunities to make a change and help the body recover.
My layered approach to assessment naturally comes with a complete range of tools to use when treating the issue. I blend the different techniques seamlessly into your treatment.
This approach reduces pain and improves the brain’s ability to sense and control the body and with exercises, we strengthen the body and make it resilient, and more capable.
Additionally, I advise and guide people on other health, lifestyle, and environmental factors (work, household) that can be optimized. This gives people ever more control of their own health.
Areas of Special Interest
I enjoy learning new techniques that I can add to my tool belt. I love knowing that there are endless opportunities to learn a new way of helping more people.
I have extra training in Neuro Based assessment and treatment. The guiding principles that help me make my clinical decision are based on my understanding of how the pathways in the brain influence the alignment, strength and overall health of the body.
I listen to a lot of podcasts on all things health. I love passing on this knowledge of Health optimization and creating a better version of yourself.
Hobbies
If the weather is good you’ll find me and my four-legged friend, Archie, out on the boat fishing. I’m fishing obsessed but Archie is a close second.
I am constantly listening to podcasts about health and personal growth. It’s rare that I don’t have my earphones in. I just can’t stop learning new things.
Family is really important to me so I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend Laura and little Archie. We also have lots of weekly family dinners where we try not to overeat.
